Cowie^® Technology Group Ltd recognises the business can negatively impact the Environment. We take our responsibilities for the environment and sustainability seriously and we are committed to proactively finding ways to reduce the effect of our activities on the environment.

We continuously work hard to reduce and monitor our environmental impact by means of fulfilling our objectives.

• Minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as practicable.
• Minimise emissions where practicable through the selection, use and source of its power requirements.
• Actively promote recycling and re-use both internally and amongst its customers and suppliers. PTFE products are inherently designed for long term, repeated use.
• Meet or exceed the environmental legislation that relates to the Company.
• Responsible purchasing and supply chain management. Raw materials shall be free from toxins and additives, such as PFOA and PFOS.
• Encourage the use of sustainable transport and minimise business related travel by enabling home working, use of online systems for meetings/training and promoting public transport / vehicle sharing.
• Encourage a paperless workplace. Printing is discouraged unless absolutely necessary.
• Ensure the use of 100% recyclable packaging where practicable. Plastic packaging shall be at minimum manufactured from 30% recycled plastic.
• Foster continual improvement through company and employee initiative.
