PTFE Stir Bar, Removable Ring

Designed for use as either a cylindrical or pivot ring stir bar.

Cylindrical - General purpose stir bar with a smooth, round profile. Suitable for a wide variety of applications.

Pivot Ring - Designed for use in vessels with curved or uneven bases. The pivot ring enables the stir bar to adopt the optimum position for a smoother stirring action with reduced friction.

• Virgin grade PTFE conforming to FDA and USP Class VI.
• Alnico V magnetic core.
• Chemical Resistance is virtually total.
• Temperature Range, -200°C to 260°C (-328°F to 500°F).
• Shelf life is considered indefinite within the confines of normal use and storage conditions.
• Autoclavable.
